Random Tarot Pull, The King Of Pentacles

Hi all, and welcome to Spirit’s Blog. Today’s post is a random tarot pull. I am using “The Witches’ Tarot” by Ellen Dugan and Mark Evans.

This is a beautiful re engineering of the 78 card Rider-Waite deck.

In this post I will be examining the colors in the card, the numeric symbolism, planetary influence, and overall meaning. Today’s random tarot pull is the King of Pentacles.

Color Interpretation

The most notable colors in the King of Pentacles are, purple, gold, and green.

The color purple is associated with the planet Jupiter. Jupiterian energy is hopeful, joyful and adventurous. Jupiter rules our leaderships, business ventures, how we expand, our money and personal power.

In this reading I will be interpreting gold as yellow. Yellow is the color associated with the Sun. Solar energy is youthful, happy, excited, and playful. The Sun rules our happiness, joy and success.

Green is associated with the planet Venus. Venusian energy is stable, balanced, loving and harmonious. Venus rules beauty, growth, abundance and all feminine energies.
